Financial Services Compensation Scheme

Quilter is a participant in the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

The FSCS will pay compensation when a firm has failed because it is unable, or likely to be unable, to pay claims made against it. This is described as being ‘in default’. You may be able to claim compensation from the FSCS if we are in default and unable to meet our financial obligations to you. The amount of compensation available to an eligible claimant from the FSCS is up to £85,000 per person.
