Lee has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 2011, starting as a Trainee Paraplanner while completing his degree in Business Studies at the University of Lincoln. Following the completion of the degree with first class honours, Lee commenced full time employment as a Trainee Paraplanner in 2013. Following relocation back to North Yorkshire in 2017, Lee commenced a role at a Financial Advisers as a Paraplanner providing technical support to advisers and clients before promotion to a Senior Paraplanner which included providing training and support to the paraplanning team and wider company as a whole. In 2025, Lee made the decision to relocate back to Lincoln and joined RetireInvest as a Senior Paraplanner based in our office in Grantham. He is looking forward to working alongside the team during an exciting period providing support to advisers and clients. Outside of work, Lee enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling abroad to visit new destinations which includes a yearly trip to Ibiza, as well as all things sport including football as a Manchester United fan, cricket, UFC and Formula 1.
